Booth Staffing
Not everyone we have registered as an exhibitor will attending the show will be in the booth at all times and on all days. Some of our mk exhibitors are also attending the show as a learning experience.

Hotel Details
We are staying at the Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center. This is the headquarter hotel for the show.

There is a SHUTTLE BUS service that runs between the hotel and the convention center - click the link to see the details about the times the bus runs.
Dress Code
Monday: White mk polo (wear a white undershirt) and khakis or tan pants
Tuesday: Black mk polo and khakis or tan pants
Wednesday: White mk polo (wear a white undershirt) and khakis or tan pants
Thursday: Black mk polo and business-jeans
NO SNEAKERS. NO WORK BOOTS.
You will be provided with an mk branded laynard for your badge at the show.
Do not bring any coats to the booth. Space is limited. Please use the coat check offered by the show for your coat.
If you are traveling directly to or from the show and airport, use the baggage check offered by the show - do NOT bring your luggage to the booth.
Do not forget your business cards. If you are worried about forgetting them, they can be shipped with the show equipment. Have them to Kate on or before May 5.
Food & Drink
The show does not allow for outside food and water (including water bottles) to be brought in. We will have water and light snacks avlaible for in our booth. Water and quick bites can be consumed within our booth.
Twe ask that for meals, unless it's during our social hour, you plan on eating in the dining areas provided by the show.
The mk Equipment
We will be featuring the following equipment, we ask that you ensure you are as familiar as possible with each of the items listed below. This will allow you to speak on the various items with authority; however, at anytime if you feel out of your comfort zone discussing a piece of equipment, do not hesitate to engage the help of a more veteran team member.
Networking Event
We will be attending the Automate Networking Event on Tuesday, May 23. If you will be at the show on that date this event has been added to your badge (paid for).
