Nearly all belt style conveyors from mk - flat belt, timing belt, plastic modular belt - can be customized. These belts can have a variety of special properties, from being highly conductive to being suitable for x-rays. Some belts also have special release properties ideal for sticky or sugary foods.

 

mk also offers several belting options for extreme temperatures, including fiberglass and steel belts. While stainless steel and woven wire belts can be used in extreme temperature applications, they are also a durable solution for other scenarios. Along with roller top belts and chains they can be used to accumulate aggressive parts, in particular those with sharp edges. Conversely, they are also ideal delicate surfaces. mk can design a custom conveyor to work with a belt that is ideal for specialized applications; this includes narrow width belts and conveyors, which can operate as a single lane of conveying or they can be joined together for carrying larger products, such as plate glass.
