Video and Print Advertising Specialist

The Ideal Candidate: Is a creative and self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, happy to work on your own or as part of a larger team. The ideal candidate is passionate about video filming and photography with a strong desire to turn the video and photos they gather into advertising assets. Additionally, this person will be eager to forward the company’s media goals with their talents.

We are a company that makes the equipment needed in order to carry out essential manufacturing processes. We have customers in nearly every industry – from automotive to pharmaceuticals, from defense to packaging, from food and beverage for us to food for our favorite pets. We make equipment that touches everyone’s life.

The Job: This position primarily focuses on media gathering, photography and video; as well as turning the media gathered into usable marketing and advertising content – print and digital. A successful candidate will also have experience in developing content for social media – primarily LinkedIn. This position will also create and produce original graphic design for print publication, direct mail, advertisements and newsletter. You will be a key contributor to all marketing and advertising initiatives. 

This is a full-time position, Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Our offices are in Bloomfield, CT, and the work environment is a typical manufacturing office space. You will spend time on our production floor taking videos and photos and time in your office for editing and design work. Travel may be required, but it would be infrequent, and on a case-by-case basis. 

Compensation for this job includes a salary range of $65,000-$85,000; paid time off, holiday time off; health, dental and vision insurance; as well as a 401(k) plan. 

The Job Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excel in Adobe Creative Cloud applications
  • Experience with semi-professional cameras (we have the equipment).
  • Experience in professional social media, preference given to those with B2B experience.
  • Project management, time management, and organizational skills are a must.
